The Customer Support Department is available to answer any questions or
concerns you may have regarding transmission of a claim to a payer.
Please follow the steps below in determining the quickest way to resolve your questions:
TRANSMISSION -
If you have a question regarding whether or not a claim was transmitted to a specific payer, please check your status report for that day.
If you do not show a status report for the claim(s) in question,
please call Customer Support at (651)-438-0045.
If you have encountered difficulty in transmitting files to G & C Claims,
contact Operations at (651)-438-0045.
CLAIM STATUS -
All claims regarding claim status should first be directed to the appropriate payer. If you are unable to find an answer to your question from the Payer, please make note of the name and phone number of the person contacted at the Payer office, and then contact Customer Support at (651) 438 –0045. When contacting Customer Support, the following information will assist us in answering your questions:
- Provider's Name
- Provider's tax identification or social security number
- Patient's Name
- Date of Service
- Claim Amount
